I'm an experienced software engineering manager, who specializes in managing agile software development teams, building strong relationships and creating healthy, open work atmospheres. With a rich background in software development, I acquired years of experience in managing various teams in different industries including avionics, automotive, and digital television.
In addition to my extensive experience in managing software development teams, I was also the founder, owner, and the main brain behind Devorion, a software engineering company that provided services in the avionics, and automotive industries. As the driving force behind the company, I was responsible for developing the company's business strategy, managing its operations, and providing technical expertise to clients. 

As a seasoned professional, I understand the importance of providing effective leadership, communication and guidance to software development teams. I have a wealth of experience in using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to achieve project objectives and ensure delivery of high-quality software products. My skilful management has resulted in teams delivering software on-time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.
